Bringing the Warmth Inside…
It’s that time of the year…its getting darker earlier, colder quicker, & time to cuddle inside!
The change of season can take come getting used to but can also be a great time to bring warm colors, accessories, & fall scents right into your home!
Here are a few Bella B tips to get you thru the winter.
Start simple…add FAUX fur or sweater material pillows. They are cozy, warm and great to snuggle with on the couch!
Add warm color throws that match your home decor but have that special touch of warmth!
Quilts and FAUX fur blankets…adds warmth at night but also brings a touch of comfort to your bedroom!
FUR BEAN BAG CHAIRS!
Candles don’t only bring soft lighting to any room but at times they can add warmth and mood setting to any room in your home.
Bring branches inside and use them around your home as decorative accents!
And lastly…a very simple and easy add to any room…warm mugs for those nights of sitting at home with your yummy throw, candles lit and hot coco.

Once you get one, you won’t know how you ever lived without one! You can use them for anything and everything!

I have a new OBSESSION and they are clocks.
Something very retro and chic about these clocks, you can use them anywhere in your home to give it an updated feel.
3. Retro
Bring back the retro…add these fun accessories to your home office or kitchen!
4. Metals & Bronze
These are all the rage right now, find a way to incorporate them into your home. Even though they appear to be “hard lines” they really bring warm and comfort when paired with fabric furniture.

This is a HOT trend that is everywhere!

This room was done to enjoy getting all dolled up. You can enjoy doing your makeup on the all mirrored vanity, sit back in the lovely fabric chair and have a delightful glass of champagne while getting ready, play some of your favorite music on your portable ipod speakers, pick out that special outfit for the occassion you are going too, play with putting on accessories and enjoy trying on all your shoes = heaven!

Wallpaper OBSESSION!
Wallpaper is my new obsession! No I’m not talking about your grandmas wallpaper, but classic chic ways to use wallpaper like you never have before. Looking to spice up a wall, but don’t want to do it will paint? Use wallpaper, especially the peel and stick, its life changing!!!
Wallpaper is amazing to warm up a room. Use wallpaper as an accent wall in your bedroom or a fun way to make a small bathroom come to life!
You can use it as “faux” chair rail around a room or mix it with paint to create stripes!

Saw this while I was on Pinterest just looking around for a client, simple and SUPER fun!
Decided our one client NEEDED to have this in her wardrobe room.
First and last stop…HOME GOODS, we got SO lucky, found everything we needed to make our inspiration photo come to life!
Next we wanted to do a fun table setting for a photo shoot…LEMONS were a MUST for our client.
Found this really fun LEMON setting, that we are OBSESSED with!
And made our own great table setting for a really awesome and fun photo shoot!
Lastly, we were doing a clients home that wanted country chic, she loved the inspiration but really wanted to make it work for herself.

Our client LOVED the table, the idea of fun lamps and a chair…but for her she wanted a photo that was very meaningful to her life as the center piece, exisiting chairs recovered, and these great mirrors we found to make this inspirational photo work for her!

We recently worked on a clients house and took it from 70’s decor to Country Chic!

AFTER – updated to a new fresh sitting room!

AFTER – an area to just enjoy the clean line yet comfortable living space.

AFTER – a lot of the same furniture was used as it was passed down in our clients family, but we were able to update with flooring, paint and accessories!

Mirrors
Who doesn’t love a mirror? ESPECIALLY in a small space, a few mirrors can make any home look bigger, taller, longer, and wider!
My favorite until this day will always be the mirrored wall. It is an exciting new way to bring wallpaper, paint, and the room ALIVE!
Some other favorites…HALLWAYS, can make any small space appear larger!
For the ladies out there, a mirror VANITY always does the trick! Who doesn’t love being able to look at themselves getting all glammed up!
And last but NOT least, if you have a blank spot on your wall and don’t know what to do with it, ADD a mirror. I have mirrors in places NO ONE would ever put a mirror, but that is the fun of it! Make it special, make it different, and make the mirror love you!
Themed Party
Every holiday provides a reason to have a themed party! Even if it is for four people, MAKE IT FUN! This past Mother’s Day, excitement was in the air at our home. I started by picking a theme, something I knew my MOM would love, followed by a delicious menu and drinks that would make everyone always remember this day! I have an obsession with Paris and who doesn’t love Brunch! So for my family, CHAMPAGNE PARISIAN BRUNCH was born!
What to get? Shop at the local Home Goods and with a small budget you can buy plates, decorative candles, paper place mates, and anything else that fits the theme.
Go home and use things around the house. We pulled in some lanterns that were sitting outside, an older table cloth, plants from outside, decorative boxes that you throw your fancy scarfs in! Pull all your plates, cups and glasses and decorate the table while listening to some Parisian music on Pandora.
So simple, so easy and the results are memorable!
